Industrial/ Organizational Psychologist (Consultant)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Industrial Psychologist to support organizational growth by enhancing employee performance, engagement, and well-being. The ideal candidate will apply psychological principles to workplace challenges such as employee assessment, leadership development, team dynamics, talent management, and organizational culture.

Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Lead Coach to integrate organizational psychology and neuroscience into coaching strategies.
- Assess management needs using psychometric assessments, structured interviews, and behavioral
- Design and implement bespoke interventions to support leadership development, cultural transformation, and team optimization.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions focused on brain-based leadership, change management, and workplace well being.
- Conduct applied research and stay current with trends in neuroscience, behavioral economics, and organizational
- Provide data-driven insights and psychological feedback to support strategic management and business decisions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and continuously improve based on outcomes and client feedback.
- Present psychological insights in an accessible way for business leaders.
Mandatory Skills:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizational development, coaching, or consulting environments.
- Understanding of the unique psychological and operational challenges in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting with a high degree of autonomy and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Certification in psychometric tools (e.g., Hogan, MBTI, DISC).
- Exposure to neuroscience-based coaching or brain-based leadership models.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role across diverse industries.
